We are Still conducting business responsibly

I am Shara from ADU Resource Center. So, I am actually out in Los Angeles about to inspect the property they wanted to convert to the ADU. As you guys can see I am wearing a mask and I am going to put some gloves on before I go inside. We are going to walk through the backyard. We are going to look at the garage from the outside and are going to keep the safe distance to discuss about the property.

If they decide to work with us, all we need is for one architect to come out and measure the property once and then we are dealing with the building department from there on. So for the first three months or so, there is really no contact which is great. So basically we can get your permit ready to build.
