How we handle your data.

What we collect

When you interact with this site, we collect only what's needed to respond to your inquiry and improve our service. Specifically:

• Contact info you submit — name, email, phone, property address, and any message you include when filling out a consultation or bid-request form.
• Usage data — IP address, browser type, device type, referrer, and pages viewed (via Google Analytics and Meta Pixel).
• Conversion events — when you submit a form or call our phone number, we log the event source so we can attribute leads to the campaigns that drove them.

How we use it

• Respond to your inquiry about an ADU or SB9 project.
• Schedule and conduct consultations or on-site evaluations.
• Send occasional updates about ADU news, open houses, or project examples — only if you opt in.
• Improve the website based on aggregate behavior (which pages visitors find useful, which get skipped).

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. Full stop. We share it only with service providers that directly help us run the business:

• HighLevel (LeadConnector) — our CRM. Stores your contact info so our team can follow up.
• Google Analytics & Meta Pixel — aggregate behavior tracking for campaign optimization. Both can be blocked via browser settings.
• Licensed contractors in our bid network — only when you request bids via /adurc-bids/, and only the property address + scope details needed to quote your project.

Cookies & tracking

We use cookies set by Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel for analytics and retargeting. You can disable these at the browser level or via ad-preference controls at Google and Meta. The site works fine without them.

Your rights

California residents (and residents of other jurisdictions with applicable privacy laws) can:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Request we correct or delete it.
• Opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link, or by emailing us.

Data retention

We keep contact info for as long as your project is active, plus seven years for warranty, tax, and legal compliance. Aggregate analytics data is retained per Google's and Meta's defaults (26 and 13 months respectively).
