Four things you'll actually get.
A real finished ADU, in person
Not a showroom or a rendering. You'll walk through an actual permitted, delivered ADU and see how the space feels, how light moves through it, and how finishes come together.
The team answering anything
Our designers, project captains, and ADU specialists are there. Ask about permits, cost, timelines, your specific lot — the honest answers, not sales talk.
The actual homeowner (when they're available)
Sometimes the homeowner is there. They can tell you what they wish they'd done differently, how the project felt, and whether it's paying off.
Light refreshments + space to explore
Drop in, take your time, walk around. No pressure, no pitch. We want you to actually see the thing, not get sold on it.

Before you RSVP.
Is it really free? Do I need to RSVP?
Free and open to LA-area homeowners considering an ADU. We ask you to RSVP so we know how many people to expect and can follow up with the address (shared privately 1-2 days before the event).
How long should I plan for?
Most people spend 20–40 minutes on-site. You can drop in any time during the open-house window — no fixed start.
Can I bring my spouse / contractor / architect?
Yes, bring anyone helping you decide. We'll answer questions for all of them.
What if I can't make it?
Book a free video or phone consultation instead. We can walk through the same questions and even share photos/video of the open-house ADU afterward.
