How does the flat-rate pricing work?

We build at a flat construction rate per square foot based on your finish level: $275/sq ft for basic, $300/sq ft for mid-range, and $325/sq ft for luxury. Multiply that by your ADU's size and you have a real, honest construction estimate — no vague lump sums or moving targets.

Why is the estimate based on a flat lot?
