Why we exist
Because LA housing
needs more of these.
Accessory Dwelling Units solve a lot of the problems Angelenos face — soaring housing costs, aging parents who want to stay nearby, adult kids who want to save for a down payment, rental income that actually moves the needle on a mortgage. A thoughtful ADU can do all of that at once.
But the path from "we should build an ADU" to "we have tenants" is messy if you try to coordinate it yourself. Designers hand off to architects who hand off to contractors who hand off to finishers — and in the gaps, projects stall, budgets blow up, and scope changes sneak in.
We built ADU Resource Center to be the single team across that entire path.
