How much does an ADU cost in Los Angeles?

For a garage conversion, expect $60K–$150K. For an attached or detached ADU, $130K–$450K depending on size and finish level. We give you a property-specific estimate in 48 hours — free.

How long does the whole process take?

Typical range is 9–14 months from first consultation to move-in ready: 4–8 weeks for design, 10–20 weeks for permits, and 5–8 months for construction. We've streamlined the permit path in LA to move as fast as the city allows.

Do I need to live in Los Angeles city?

We serve all of LA plus surrounding areas — Burbank, Pasadena, Glendale, Long Beach, the Valley, and OC border cities. Ask during your consultation whether we cover your specific location.

Can I rent out my ADU after it's built?

Do you handle permits or do I?
